We are more than happy to accept returns following that the tags have not been removed from the merchandise and/ or any outer covering from the merchandise. We allow returns up to 14 days after receiving the merchandise for it to be received by us. However, we do need to be notified within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise of any product defects. You will need to send in a copy of the UPS or USPS shipping label to show proof of arrival. The return cost will be a credit for another item in the store. The credit can only be used for one exchange only, no multiple exchanges will be allowed. No Cash refunds are given unless there is an error on behalf of Julia Maree's such as an item defect or recall from the manufactoring company. No refunds will be rendered for any items damaged by delivery companies. We make every effort to ensure that the products arrives to you safely without any blemishes or damages.
